I think this is a great place. I'm am old man so I have a great personal trainer, Lacy, who prevents me from hurting myself. Unfortunately the management isn't as attentive. Some of the machines have counters and timers which is great. The problem is they don't work and they haven't worked in many months. I've asked the manager, Brie, to fix them and she readily responded sure, by the next week. That was 6 weeks ago. Then I found out they take special batteries and they have to be ordered and then it's a big deal to install them and on and on. That was 4 weeks ago. Today the batteries have still not arrived. I don't think she cares. It's a great gym but apparently the manager doesn't care about an old man complaining about counters.

VASA has been such a great place to work out! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe here is awesome. There’s tons of equipment, so I never feel like I’m waiting around. The gym is always clean and has good energy. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I’ve had such a positive experience at VASA Fitness! Huge shout-out to Marcus and Bri for always making me feel welcome and supported. The gym is clean, bright, and truly feels like a community that encourages you to reach your goals. I’m so grateful to have found a place that makes fitness both enjoyable and accessible.

If you enjoy a constant beeping alarm in the sauna, lockers, and pool area with a dash of “we don’t repair broken equipment” then this gym is perfect for you!!

Remember you can cancel through the app but they will still be scummy about it. They require 30-day notice to cancel or they will charge you for the next month upon cancellation, so if you JUST paid yesterday, you're paying again. This place is so overcrowded and parking is a nightmare. Lots of social media stuff going on and that just isn't my thing. It makes me feel a bit unsafe and a member did find me online. Staff was always very nice. EDIT: To respond to the reply by the business, I was with VASA for several years. I'm specifically talking about the unnecessary "notice" required to terminate. No justification was provided for why except that you guys just want more money. This is not a "spot" to fill (otherwise it wouldn't be so crowded and parking wouldn't be near impossible) so other than filling your pockets why would you require notice?
