Last year (2024), I had a fantastic experience with this pool company. They helped install a new pump and filter for our inground pool, and everything went smoothly. The team was timely, transparent, and easy to work with, and the system they installed continues to work great to this day. However, I’m writing this review from a more mixed perspective because of our experience in 2025. Our vinyl pool liner broke, and we reached out to the company several weeks ago. Initially, they responded and came out to measure the pool, which gave us hope that the process was underway. Unfortunately, we haven’t heard anything since then. We’ve followed up multiple times—calling, texting, and emailing—but we haven’t received any response in over three weeks. It’s disappointing, especially after such a positive experience last year. I don’t know what’s changed, but the responsiveness, transparency, and professionalism that made them so easy to work with before seem to have vanished. I hope this is a temporary issue and not a sign of a larger problem with the company.

As a consumer, I rely heavily on reviews so I had high hopes but…no call, no show. To be fair, I was looking for services during peak pool season so I’m aware companies are busy with existing clients. A call or text would have been appreciated.

Update. We had a new liner installed this summer and couldn't be happier. Scott and his crew were fantastic! They really know what they are doing and would highly recommend!

A shout out to E&E Pool Service. They have been helping with our pool for the past few years . We have had a couple of issues with some breakdowns . When I call , they have responded very quickly and resolved the problems quickly with a very fair price . One other thing that is very important to me is dependability. When they say they will be here , they are and are always on time . Thank you Jamie and team for always being pros . Mike

Excellent service and were able to help me out on short notice due to schedule openings they had (and Mary in the office was fantastic). They pressure tested my underground plumbing and patched a crack in my fiberglass steps in an hour, providing photo documentation of the work they completed. Will definitely be using them for my future pool services.
