Kid with a Boa constrictor was wild but had the deep end closed with plenty of staff. When I asked why they stated it opens at 3:30. I told them it was 4 and supervisor stated it would open in 20 minutes. It closes at 5! Richmond needs to do better. It’s record temps and no relief in sight.

I’ve been here a couple times and enjoyed it! Lifeguards on duty. Very family friendly. A good pool to go to if you have kids. Pool is a bit on the smaller side and doesn’t have a ton of seating. The staff were friendly and professional. Love that this is close by and free to access for the local community. Note: look into the rules and hours (similar to all public pools) bc they are a bit different.

The new playground is so cute. My favorite part is the swing where I can get on with my baby. It stays clean over there which I love and I can let my baby be a little independent without feeling as if he'll get hurt because it's low to the ground

Wonderful place for swimming. Skilled ,wonderful, knowledgeable lifeguards. Safety conscious is Paramount.

Not a good area but good splash park and pool was ok. Ppl that work there were weird. The guy that worked there told me I couldn't wear my shorts over my bikini bottoms in the pool which I thought was weird since my shorts weren't jeans. Although I seen plenty girls in the pool with Jean shorts. Haven't been back since.
