Suggestions include increasing pool size, enhancing security, implementing separate swim times for children and adults, and adding more seating.

I am giving this a low rating. This area is prone to car break-ins and another of unsupervised teenagers. The pool does require guests to sign in, but dies not require adult supervision. There is very little shade for those who do come to supervise. I get it it's a pool. The pool size could be larger for the number of people it draws in in the summer time. There needs to be more than one security guard who is actually willing to pay attention. Individuals with ankle monitors are allowed to be present at this pool and actually swim with it on. I'm not sure if this is a violation, but since there are children present, I would think that this compromises their safety. It is free to everyone. However, I think there should be a separate time for children and adults to swim due to the size and lack of supervision.
Closed at 3 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon. Record temperatures here in Richmond and no relief for Richmond citizens. What is going on?!
My children and I love going here every summer. First its clean clean clean. The staff ensure everyone follows rules of pool area. Peaceful and fun all at once. Swim classes are fantastic too. My kids always acknowledge Mr Trent and Jordan's hard work, commitment and patience as instructors. I've noticed more confidence in their abilities and to not give up.
It is a small pool. But it is ok if you you just want to cool off. It would be nice if they had more seating. The main issue I have is the deep end being closed all the time.
Despite there being an abundance of very rude lifeguards half the pool is closed for half the day for no reason. No toilet paper or paper towels in the restroom again even though theres a lot of employees.
