This is a great center, but visiting today with a friend gave me a complete different impression. Today at the food stands, there was a teenage boy and I'm all for giving work to kids nowadays but this boy was straight rude. I overheard some rude comments and it just disgusted me completely. Please could we be more considerate of who we hire? I don't want this experience to ruin my impression of the pool, I just want something to be done.
I would like to share some concerns regarding a recent experience at the clinic managed by Mr. Anderson. During my niece's attendance, I observed that the language used by Mr. Anderson towards the students was highly inappropriate. Specifically, he referred to my niece in a manner that could be considered disrespectful, including comments about her weight and motivation. Furthermore, it appears that his coaching style primarily involves yelling and instructing the students to run rather than providing constructive guidance and support. I believe that an environment fostering encouragement and positive reinforcement would be more beneficial for the student's development.
I have been a member of Ridgetop off and on since I was a kid in the 80s and 90s. Now, My kids enjoy participating on the tennis and swim teams. Ridgetop has teams and activities for all ages. A large majority of the summer the facility is very quiet and laid back. There are a couple of weekends (like July 4th) when lots of members show up for a party/cookout. Ridgetop is very reasonably priced. The facility is tucked away in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!
As new members we feel very welcome. The low key environment and amenities make for a very relaxing day at the pool. We are so glad we joined and are looking forward to a great summer at Ridgetop.
Nice community pool with laid back, social atmosphere. Social distancing guidelines are good, though requires a daily waiver that is not provided so you may need to buy a printer if you want to join.
