Warm indoor pool with lane lines, group classes and swimming lessons, as well as a diving board.
Specific current or typical pool temperatures for the San Antonio Natatorium are not publicly listed on official city or facility websites. However, competitive indoor pools of this nature are generally maintained within a range of 78-82°F (25.5-27.8°C) to suit training and event requirements.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The San Antonio Natatorium is highly recommended as a clean, well-maintained facility for exercise and socializing, described as a great place to make friends and stay healthy. It boasts a good combination of shade and open airflow, featuring a main pool (4.5 ft deep), a separate lap pool (5 ft deep), and a 13 ft deep diving pool with small and large diving boards. A toddler pool is also available, making it family-friendly. Recent renovations have led to improved, 'awesome' restrooms with working dryers. The facility is well-staffed with at least three lifeguards and offers free aqua zumba and aerobic classes. Visitors should note that shower rooms are clean but require bringing one's own body wash, shampoo, and a padlock for lockers, as hair dryers are not provided. Admission is typically $4 for adults. A minor point mentioned is a strong pool smell from the main pool water. Patrons are advised to check the opening and closing times, as the pool closes for a lunch break before reopening for an evening session.

Very clean, well maintain community pool. There's at least 3 life guards on duty during my 3 visits. Shower room very clean but have to bring your own body wash and shampoo, no hair dryer provided...so if you need to dry your hair make sure to bring your own. There's lockers but no lock and please bring your own padlock or you have to take to the pool side. Please check pool opening and closing time, because they close during lunch break and open again for evening session. They do have aqua zumba, aqua robic free classes.
A great place to exercise, make friends and keep healthy. I really recommend San Antonio Natatorium to you all. Come in !!!!
Great combination of shade + open airflow with the sides & partial roof opening. Main pool is a consistent 4.5feet throughout. Lap pool is separated at a slightly deeper 5feet & diving board is great with a small/large option in a 13ft pool. Admission is usually $4 for adults. Only nitpick is the water in the main pool leaves a really strong pool smell on you.
First day since the renovation. The restrooms are awesome. The drier works perfect, 5ft deep lanes for laps, and a 5 ft deep pool for swimming around. It also has a 13ft deep pool for diving.
First time here and enjoyed it, I love that it was indoor and and toddler pool for my lil girl. My daughter's and I had a blast. Definitely will go back. 👍
