Entry was quick, short lines on a weekend day. Lockers are $21, parking is usually $10 but they weren’t charging for parking the day I went. Easy ins and outs, plenty of free shaded seating. Season pass and ticket purchases were straight forward, but docking a star because the website is extremely buggy (can’t use season pass benefits on desktop, only on mobile website) and the wording could be better (some pricing was misleading when upgrading to season pass from one day pass). Otherwise, everything else was great! Only one ride (blue thunder and white lightning) was down when I went, and it was communicated clearly on the website.
Best summer experience for a waterpark to have in San Jose! I'd plan to have a trip with friends and family to bring along as we splash in, even though summer is over, it was a wonderful time to have. Good slides, tasty foods, and spectacular thrills!
I had high hopes for CaliBunga Water Park, but it was a huge letdown. Most of the rides were closed with no clear explanation or heads-up before buying tickets. The wave pool — one of the main attractions — wasn’t even turned on the entire day. We spent more time waiting around than actually having fun. For the price of admission, this was absolutely not worth it. Poor communication, zero updates, and barely anything open. Save your time and money — this park is not ready for guests.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it. Paying $65 just to get in felt like a rip-off, especially since a bunch of the slides were closed. It's annoying to pay full price when you can't even use everything. Plus, the food and drinks are crazy expensive. You're way better off going to Great America. It's cheaper, and you get a whole amusement park AND a water park. Save your money and skip this place.
I love it! It’s a great place! I paid $6 for the parking lot, $43 the ticket and $21 the safe, o really like it I went on Saturday 09/06 🥰
