Incompetent pool managers that can't keep the water temperature at a reasonable temperature. The water has been sitting at 87 degrees for the last week and a half, and they keep saying that they will cool it down "in a few days." Newsflash - they haven't. They obviously do not care about the experience of anyone using the pool.
