Community swimming center featuring lap and family pools as well as a wading area for small kids.
The main pool at Fair Swim Center is typically heated to a temperature range of 81-83°F, while the wading pool for children is heated to approximately 84°F.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The swim center receives mixed reviews. Many patrons highly praise its amenities, which include a diving board, multiple pool areas suitable for various ages (deep, shallow with water guns, and a wading pool for toddlers), professional and vigilant lifeguards, and an adjacent playground. It is also noted for its affordability ($3 per swimmer, free for watchers) and offers swim classes. However, significant negative feedback highlights operational issues such as unexpected closures, inaccurate opening hours, and poorly managed delays. Specific complaints include unfair line cutting, a lack of a sign-in system leading to disorganization and arguments, and a general lack of consideration for patrons who arrived early, particularly those with special needs children. One reviewer also expressed disappointment that the baby pool was not open, despite the presence of a wading pool for toddlers.

Great place , kids love the diving board and lifeguards are good .lots of chairs benches and green grass also a playground outside of pool the kids love it ..the only downside is the baby pool is not open and that's what I was wanting or it would of been 5 stars wanting but one pool is 2'4 so my 2y grandkids can walk .
They said they were open. But they weren't. We were really disappointed.
I went with my 3 year old special needs daughter to the pool today. We arrived before 2:00 when they open because I know sometime u may have to wait to get in if u arrive late. Having a child who can’t stand still in a line for long periods of time, I made sure to arrive early enough so we would get in quickly. Unfortunately there were issues with the pool and some one came out and informed us that it may take an extra 10 minutes. which turned into not opening the pool for an hour later. When we could finally get in they cut the line off exactly before me and my daughter should be allowed entrance. I explained to them that I had been there before 2 and why they didn’t have a sign in sheet like they have done in the past since people who had arrived 5 minutes before they finally opened the door where allowed to enter and me and my special needs daughter who have been waiting there for over an hour were cut off. They had no answer and so I walked away with a very upset special needs daughter who doesn’t understand why she was told to go home and come another day. I wasn’t upset about the pool had issues that took an extra hour to fix I was more upset that even though I arrived before they opened they didn’t take the right steps to insure that people who have been there when they should be were allowed entrance. There was even an argument that broke out a few people in front of me because they were arguing about who was there first but if they had a sign in sheet there would not of been an fight that broke out. Poor handling of the the situation.
Fair Swim Center is walking distance from my home. I can always tell when it opens up in the summer because you'll start to see the neighbors walking with their kids and towels in that direction. The cost is $3 per swimmer and no cost if you're just going in to watch your kid's. They have 3 swimming areas, a deep side with diving board, a shallow side with built in water guns and a wading pool for toddlers. They also offer swim classes. The life guards are always professional and are always vigilant of all swimmers. I feel confident knowing that my kids are safe in this swim center.
I bring my best friend to the pool and we both love it here, good thing i sometimes go every week with her
