Pool is heated with lifeguards on duty. Great HOA hang out with many activities (basketball, volleyball, picketball, bocce, corn hole, horseshoe). Paid swim lessons during summer, open for all. Grills are available for all to use.

I’m not a homeowner here, but have enrolled my daughter in their toddler water safety class as well as 1-1 swim lessons. Adrienne is the pool and club house manager and she’s amazing! She has so much h experience working with children and youth of all ages. She’s very patient and does an awesome job with the 30min 1-1 swim lessons. The staff (mostly high school students) are nice and respectful and maintain a very clean facility (including the restrooms, lol).

The pool is great and there's a large kid pool to the side. There is a big grass area with trees for plenty of shade and a handful of BBQs to cook up anything you bring. It's so big that even when there are parties here, it doesn't feel too cramped. They sell basic things but it's practically at cost, they don't price gouge at all. We love coming here with the kids and can drink booze as long as it's not in glass.

It is a really nice facility for any gathering. I was there for a memorial for someone near and dear. They had everything we needed for food prep and serving. Plenty of room for over 75/80 people. Tables were nicely spaced.
