Took my kid here for a weekend swim. Stepped in with only $4 in my wallet. Entrance fees were $6 for adult & $4 for kids. Had to pull my excitedly disappointed kid back out as they don't have any machines for card payments. A quick stop at the 7-Eleven nearby & we're in. The pools were clean. Lifeguards were on-duty. It was a nice place to enjoy but later that visit we had a pre-teen boy that was acting erratically - running, hopping and splashing water around in the kiddy pool. He loudly harrassed people in and around the pool including the lifeguards on duty. This could be a problem as he takes away the attention of the lifeguards from the pool. I wish they have better control of the population as there will always be a special kind of swimmer out there.
My kids used to go here for swimming lessons they have two swimming pools one is for beginners and other one is for other levels it's good for toddlers each group they take four to five kids staff is friendly and it's close to my living place parking is limited but you can do roadside parking
Managers here are the rudest you can ever find. The locker room is dirty every time we visit. Overall really bad swimming center that only deserves one star. The one more star than one star is giving to coach Jimmy - this center does not deserve a good coach like him.
The center allows instructors to use loud speakers well past dark for swim instruction. These instructors have no consideration for the community around the park they are using a ridiculous volume for instruction, screaming into the microphone so the entire neighborhood can hear them
Super difficult to find any information online about this pool or calling the SC Parks and Rec office. Went there and closed but had times and info listed in the window.
