Our kids (ages 8, 6, and 4) had seen a commercial for Great Wolf Lodge and kept asking when we could go. We live about an hour from Sandusky and decided to surprise them, and they absolutely loved it! We paid a little extra for the "Kid Cabin Suite" -- the room was great and our kids loved having their own space. The water park was also great and had plenty of areas/activities for all ages. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work -- we'll be back!

The water park is clean and well organized! The staff/ life guards and really dialed in! They are constantly scanning their areas and blowing whistles when needed, they were very attentive! When we walked in Katrina" met us and gave us a ton of information and gave our kids wolf ears and coloring pages. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, this was definitely our favorite water park that we have taken our children to! I would recommend to anyone in the area.

Can we just take a bragging moment on how WONDERFUL the staff is?! Everyone was so warm and kind. They genuinely seemed happy to be working there. We had the absolute best time when we stayed. Can’t wait to go again. Thanks for providing a memorable experience!

We had an excellent experience at the Sandusky Ohio location! The rooms were very clean, the water park could use a good cleaning and some upgrades to the concrete but we were told they are renovating in the next month or so. We had one of the best servers we have ever had, Sebastian H, was extremely friendly, genuine, and attentive. Every interaction with him from the bar to the dining room was seamless and top notch! He would even stop to say hi and checked on us when he wasn’t our server! We have traveled to many places, including Disney, and Sebastian is by far one of the best servers and staff we have ever encountered. He is a huge asset to the Great Wolf Team! There is tons of shopping, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores in walking distance too! Great Wolf Lodge Sandusky has been a great vacation for the entire family!

Lillian provided me with the BEST guest service experience at Great Wolf Lodge! I came in thinking I was fully prepared for everything I needed to pay for, but I quickly realized I wasn’t. Lillian was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful—she worked with me to make sure my daughter could still enjoy her day without any stress on my end. What truly touched me was that even before she knew I’d had a really tough week (my daughter had just been in the hospital and her birthday is Sunday), she had already gone above and beyond to help me. When I shared what I had been going through, I let her know she had truly made my day. Her kindness and professionalism meant more to me than she probably realized. Thank you, Lillian, for being a bright light during a hard week.
