Tried signing my kids up for lessons. Their website didn't place them correctly. So I called. The people are disorganized. The first person I talked to went the extra mile for me. We made arrangements for my kids to take weekly lessons for a month and then daily swim lessons all summer. After making sure the logistics worked I called back to get them signed up. I got a refusal to sign my kids up. I was shocjed, but I was assured the manager was going to call me immediately. More than immediately later, after that horrible customer service I speak to the manager. The manager throws the first employee under the bus, and makes excuses for the refusal to sign my kids up. I repeat I only want to sign my kids up, why can't we do that instead of rehash the past. She informs me that my kids won't be taking lessons there, good day sir.... OK.... I wasted over an hour and a half a dozen calls. I can't believe a place like this is in business. Unbelievable.

Such a great swim class! Individual attention to the kids and they build such great rapport! They know when to try and push to try something new and when a child is not ready yet. Really glad we started this class!
