As a SENIOR this place is a GOD send to keep me moving and youthful❣️ Nessa is awesome she teaches several different classes. Mz. Billie, age 84, had this active 65 year old sweating as I worked through her aerobics class. I must say I love it. Thank you ladies for allowing newbies to fit in & not pointed out on my missteps🤩

This place is HUGE! It's deceptive from out front. The layout is not intuitive so ask where things are, but it seems to have everything.

My car was broken into while their security guard ran to McDonald’s. Well over $1,000 worth of electronics were stolen. Called the police who blamed me for a car that was stolen from here a week prior. Had my membership banned without speaking to the manager or police about the incident. Never saw my stuff again. Never received an apology. This place is a joke. Avoid it like the plague.
