What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the At.Ann Aquatic Center present a mixed picture. Many users praise it as a fun, clean, and safe facility with friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices, and good value, especially for family passes. The requirement to shower with provided antibacterial soap before entering the pool is noted as a measure to maintain chemical balance. However, several criticisms emerge, particularly concerning the 2021 season. Some reviewers found the pool to be small and overly kid-friendly, preferring the 'old' facility. Specific complaints include the closure of indoor bathrooms (forcing use of cold outdoor showers), a decline in cleanliness with reports of trash around pool edges, and issues with staff, including instances of feeling insulted by young lifeguards. Additionally, the concession area and baby pool were noted as closed, though vending machines are available for snacks and drinks. While some perceive it as a great new opening, others highlight a decline in experience in recent times.

At.Ann Aquatic Center. Great place newly opened. So much fun 👍
I went there about a few weeks ago it was terrible it’s small it’s kid friendly now I liked the old one better and they have kids working there as lifeguards I was insulted by them because they claimed I was flirting with their young employees ew that is so wrong I don’t do that that place is not as fun as they claim.
Everything is clean, and safe. They ask everyone to shower and use the antibacterial soap provided in the shower room before entering the pool. To help with the chemical balance in the pool. The staff at the pool are friendly and helpful. Even the guests seemed to enjoy them selves. You don't have to purchase a city resident card this year because the community center didn't open in time to register residents. Only thing needed to enter the pool is a photo ID. Plus a parent or guardian are required below the age of 10. I think! The prices are very reasonable. The concession area is not up and running this year do to the pandemic. But they do have vending machines for drinks and snacks. The baby pool is not in operation this year do to some undetermined problems. Have a blessed and safe summer swim season as best we can.
This is our home away from home during the summer. My boys love going swimming up here! It may not be as updated as some places but its cheap, fun , all the staff are super friendly/helpful and definitely worth going to! We pay like $130 for a summer pass ( family of 5), that's good enough for us!
I have always enjoyed this pool but this year (2021). This pool hasn't been the same. For one they close the indoor bathrooms which have warm water and instead they insist people have to use the cold showers outdoor. While the indoor ones do work it only they have them reserved for staff. what?? Secondly the pool has not been getting cleaned up like it used to. It has trash around the edges for days. I just dislike what they have done this year.
