It's really deplorable that people are allowed to drive ANY vehicle in a subdivision 40 miles an hour. An orange side by side is driving around recklessly today & most days, I'm sure. And right by the pool & playground area by the gates in the back!!!

The water level was 2 inches below the skimmers, the water and pool bottom was filthy. I have lived n the Legends for 16 years and it is the worst I have seen it. The bathrooms were horribly filthy. I wonder where my HOA fees are going. I also heard the same comments from other homeowners. It is shameful
