My autistic brother went into the lap pool and didn't notice a man was swimming there he swam towards him and the other man slapped him yelled at him .the lifeguard saw this and didn’t do anything didnt say just stood there then acted like nothing happend. i was surprised and frustrated!. A few weeks later my foot got stuck on the slide i didn’t think much of it so I went on the slide again my same* brother had to tell me something super important he told me that his foot got stuck on the slide and had a injury i said sorry but I realized how long I was sitting there on the slide then I went down the slide the lifeguard just started yelling at me but I was gonna explain what happened but they already went to the next thing to life guard by the kiddie area and at the time I already had to leave and the life guard was saying some stuff about me and I did hear it and she also kept pointing at me.

Good place to keep fit in very friendly atmosphere. It is kept clean and tidy all day long. Some facilities need to be renewed and upgraded especially showers and bathroom area. The hot top should be a little bigger and renovated. The staffs are excellent with friendly attitude.

First time visiting family for Birthday Party. I'm a Senior Citizen. I asked if they have Senior Discounted rate, since I'm only a spectator. They said no, everyone gets charged to go thru the door to pool, etc.... sad I definitely won't be back. Our Seniors deserve some discounts .......there is no one policing swimsuits. A young man teenage was in a super skimpy very revealing looking like underwear leaving nothing hidden! Place full of kids! Just seems in appropriate attire!

It’s ridiculous that you have to pay to watch your minor child swim. It should be the expectation that parents will be supervising their child swimming from the side of the pool without needing to pay to watch their child. This is absolutely absurd.

The experience was horrible the lifeguards made no sense about the hot tub they said you had to be over 12 to enter and me an my friend group was 12 then they said that we have to be over 18 like that made no sense and the lifeguards were so rude like the rules were so stupid like what the hell and the lifeguards were like so rude and they had an attitude towards me and my friends and that got us all upset then I promised myself to never come back it’s not worth it I’m never coming back
