Have been at this gym for 4 years and they have never had a problem with my membership fees. But the one time my card expires and I get a new one. They charge me a 25 dollar fee. Wouldn’t even think of refunding me. That’s bad actions towards a loyal member. Telling all my friends to go to club. The his place could care less clearly.
Normally I like this location the staff is typically nice. Tonight I observed a women working at the front desk greet 2 women by simply saying "Ladies we're closed," rather than saying anything polite. Then as the ladies were politely leaving she asked in a sort of acusatory fashion "How did you get in here the doors were locked?" This is a very odd way to treat people. I hope that at the very least this review will prompt a conversation with the staff about kindness and using manners when speaking to people. I have been a members for years and witnessing this was really uncomfortable, I cant begin to imagine how uncomfortable the two ladies were after this interaction.
Linda at the front desk was the nicest lady helping me with my day pass! I believe she deserves some recognition and I will continue to come here to workout after my experience.
This is a great YMCA location. I was visiting from out of town, I am a YMCA member from a different state. The staff at this location did a great job accommodating my needs during this visit and they were extremely courteous. The facility has everything you need for a great workout, I highly recommend this YMCA.
I was on their swim team for 9 years, then I worked as a swim instructor, lifeguard for 6 years. I love the community and the work ethic. I grew a lot as a person working with such amazing people and for a great community of members. There’s so much I can say about how great this place is.
