We just received our pool, spa and tanning ledge, and can't say enough how pleased we are with all of it. From start to finish the customer service that we have received and support after delivery has been outstanding. Darlene, was my first contact and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Tammie, has been supportive through the engineering paperwork and delivery process. We have had an in ground pool before but this is our first fiberglass pool. The product and equipment is well made and of high-quality. If anyone was to ask me about pools, without hesitation I would recommend Premium Fiberglass Pools.

I was looking for a in ground pool and found Premium Fiberglass Pools LLC, and they were awesome, they carry a bunch of in ground pools and an above ground one that looks like a giant Hot Tub!! They were very accommodating with the whole process even when I made several calls with more questions. Darlene is very knowledgeable and patient. I never felt pressured at all. I Paid my deposit and the whole thing moved along very swiftly. I LOVE my pool!! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a in ground or above ground pool.

I got a ES-14 swim spa from them. Shortly after it arrived, there was a issue with the spa pack's capabilities (misunderstanding I will say). Nonetheless the owner spoke to me (I did not get his name) and he took care of the issue for me. I was very happy about this. It is easy when a sale has no issues, it shows what a company is made of when there is an issue. Then the other day, I came in with a heater issue. I was about 7 weeks out of warranty. They simply gave me a replacement heater with no hassles under warranty! I really appreciate it! First class company in my opinion handling their customers :) Thanks again.

Very Happy with my experience! I wanted to put a pool in my backyard and the quotes I got from other companies were ridiculous. I decided to try doing this on my own and couldn't believe how easy it was. I had to work a little bit to line up my sub contractors, but the end result was that my pool cost me less than half of what I would have paid a pool company. Very happy! And Darlene was amazing to work with! Thanks for all your help!

I am upset I even have to put one star. This company took an order from my elderly mother, and asked her to pay a down payment before she even signed her invoice. Tragically, due to the pandemic, She lost her job and called to cancel the order THE NEXT DAY, AS SHE DID NOT SIGN THE INVOICE, and they are refusing to even SPEAK WITH HER about a refund! Do not order from this inhumane, money hungry company. THIS COMPANY IS NOT EVEN BBB ACCREDITED! The invoice she was due to sign is the only document stating a deposit is nonrefundable, and it was given to her AFTER payment was made. THIS COMPANY MAKES ME SICK! I hope everyone heeds this warning, before you are screwed over as well. Alternative fiberglass pool companies would be worth any price you have to pay to avoid this. When I called to inquire about their deposit protocol (as a regular customer, did not even mention my mom), Darlene let me know to not even speak with her about ordering if I don't want to pay for the pool. EXTREMELY RUDE!
