What are people saying (AI review summary)? This community pool is a popular, affordable ($3, discounts for groups) family destination, especially in summer, offering a large pool with diving boards, lap lanes, and basketball hoops. Patrons appreciate the ability to bring outside food/beverages and the overall fun atmosphere with music. The main pool is often described as well-kept, with wonderful staff and generally safe. However, there are significant areas for improvement: the bathhouse and bathrooms are widely considered outdated and in need of major sprucing up, lacking functional fans and often needing more frequent cleaning and restocking. The removal of some slides also resulted in a lack of essential shade for parents watching children. Additionally, while the main pool is largely positive, the separate splash park area raises safety concerns due to rowdy behavior and a perceived lack of security, with one incident of injury reported. Some also find the teen lifeguards to be overly strict.

We enjoy bringing the kids here. Especially in the summer. Big pool, with diving board area, lap isles, basketball hoop (attached to side of pool). They also have lounging chairs for relaxing and getting sun. As well as gazebos with picnic tables. Another fun fact is you are allowed to bring outside food/beverages. I gave 4 stars because the life guards teens can be rather strict.
For years this has been our community pool go to. This summer, it became apparent to me that it has been many years. The pool needs help. Mostly, the bathrooms / bathhouse area really need some sprucing up. There also are no functioning fans in the bathroom shower area making it nearly unbearable and unable to change your clothes after a swim and shower. We were there towards the end of the day oh, so I understand the filthy floors after a day of kids and families running around. However, I think a midday floor mop and toilet paper restock would go a long way. We were very happy to see that They removed the two side slides because that was always an area that caused confusion and lots of lifeguard whistling. Unfortunately, they did not replace the shade that parents need to stand and watch their children at the diving boards. All it would take was a few umbrellas and a couple tables where the slides used to be. I love the pool it brings great memories but I would like my grandchildren to be able to appreciate it as well. Today that was not the case.
Wow this place is great, tons of family activities going on with different sports so you hear cheering in the distance going on all around you which is good and there is a water playground for kids beside the pool but far enough away to not disturb people relaxing kind of like what they have at adventure island but my favorite is the pool, only costs $3 to swim and tan all day. No need to bring music because they play the radio there for everyone loud enough to hear but not too loud
The pool is Awesome.. Kept up nicely and lifeguards are great. The splash park outside is out of control. My son lost a tooth by rowdie kids and adults messing around on the slide. No Security there... Don't let your kids go. The pool is only 3 bucks and only two bucks for groups of 6 or more. 2 diving boards, 2 slides and a basketball hoop. Fun and safe
The pool is open all the time, the person below is just too lazy to check hours online and check weather forecasts. My family and I go here often and enjoy the pool very much. Everything is kept clean, the staff is wonderful and we will return today. Haha between 10am-5pm on Sunday- diving boards and water slides for the kiddos Saturday and Sunday.
