My 2 year-old had a blast and we were the only ones there at the time, so it wasn't crowded. It's free and open to the community/public. To get in, just go to the blue gate to the right and open it from the top. The splash pad is next to the pool, but it's fensed off from it and you just go right into the splash pad yourself :) *I think the pool is for the rec center though, so don't try and access the pool from the splash pad. The gate to the pool may be locked anyway. But yeah, we love the splash pad and are going back before the season ends. It's clean and shaded ☔

This is a new splad pad on the east side. It's a bit tricky to find but is a nice little cooling off area behind the Clements pool.
