It offers various recreational and fitness activities including open swim, lap swim, and lessons, and provides amenities such as restrooms, showers, and locker rooms.
Both the 25-yard lap pool and the shallow pool at Freedom Pool are consistently heated and maintained at a comfortable temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit year-round.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility are largely positive, highlighting its cleanliness, spaciousness, and family-friendly atmosphere. The large waterslide is a major draw, and the splash pad is also enjoyed. Many reviewers praise the friendly and attentive staff and lifeguards. It's noted that arriving early (around 1 PM) helps avoid crowds, which tend to pick up around 3 PM. While generally well-received, some cons include a lack of shaded areas, issues with restroom doors and showers that require constant pushing, and a policy against food in the pool area (though snacks can be eaten in the splash pad, which lacks trash cans and benches). Floaties are provided, which is appreciated.

Had an amazing time. Family friendly, safe, and overall clean. Huge slide is a bonus. We went as soon as they opened at 1pm and not a lot of crowds. Started to get crowded around 3pm. Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Only con I would say is no shaded areas but that seems very common for Tucson
The splash pad was pretty fun, we got there right at 1:00 p.m. on a Sunday we left at 3:30 and there wasn't very many people yet at the pool, The splash pad was empty almost the entire time we played a period We went back and forth from the pool to the flash pad. It does not connect unfortunately like a few pools in Tucson which is fine but there's no limit to the amount of times you can walk back and forth. They did offer floaties which I thought was nice I noticed Clements did not offer floaties for my nephew. The water slide was very fast, pool was pretty clean given all the recent wind. It's broken up 3 ft to 5 ft is the shallow end then the deeper end is half 5 ft half 12 ft, But the pool dumps you into 4 ft. The restrooms most of them did not have doors, there was only one that had a door. The showers only work if you were pushing on the knob so I wouldn't recommend bringing shampoo or anything like that It didn't bother us but I know most people like to wash off after swimming, we just wait till we get home. Staff was friendly and attentive to the kids! There is no food allowed in the swimming pool area unlike some of the bigger pools that have a sectioned picnic area this pool did not, when we wanted to eat we walked over to the splash pad although there was no trash cans in the splash pad and no benches it was a little hard. I'm glad I didn't bring lunch like I normally do when we go to pools, just brought a couple snacks cuz I knew we were only going to swim for about 2 or 3 hours.
The pool is very clean and the life guards there are very nice the slide is cool
