Parents… pay attention to who’s transporting your children. These days I’d honestly audit drivers who transport my children with video. I don’t support the idea of older drivers on the road. I’m a fleet manager myself and due to insurance reasons we can’t chance having older drivers and this is a perfect example. Everyone is sue happy these days and this guy is either going to trigger a road rage shoot out or crash and kids will be hurt and JCC will be sued. You have no idea this shuttle transports kids. I have video before the incident where this guy has both hands on the wheel AND STILL all over the road. This guy is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The staff when I reported it were nothing but amazing and compassionate. But when it comes down to it this road hazard came from JCC onboarding. I HIGHLY Recommend JCC to install systems like Samsara and do thorough paperwork so in court you can prove you put a road worthy, trained personnel on the road so responsibility is limited to JCC. I hope I don’t see this gentleman on the roadway again because if he causes an issue down the line I’ll sit in another legal disposition against this driver with a now recorded event.

Wonderful friendly staff, great facility clean and orderly, well maintained facility. Ample updated equipment and parking. Security personnel at all times. Excellentl pool. Very family friendly atmosphere.

Overall please with my experience. My children attend middle school aftercare program and seem to like it. My only complaint is the gym hours could be extended. The Jacuzzi needs a good sanitation and needs to be a lot hotter. The sauna should be much more hot in temperature. The steam room needs to be sanitized and rules need to be enforced. People need to shower and not wear stinky gym clothes into the steam room And believe that for the cost of the membership these changes should be easy to fix.

This place doesn’t care about their employees. They pay them the bare minimum and are always short staffed. THEY MAKE THEM WORK IN 80 DEGREE ROOMS AND DONT CARE. I can’t imagine how poorly the people who come here get treated. Do better and pay your employees better!!! DO BETTER

The JCC in Tucson is a special gift to our community. The facility is excellent offering every imaginable opportunity for anyone from an infant to our elders. The people that work at the JCC are kind and always helpful.
