Just came in town visiting and OneLife Fitness is amazing. There is so much space here and the equipment is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and helpful. This facility is the tops of the line. In addition to my workout, I took a class. If you are in town or visiting give this place a try.

While I enjoy going to Onelife Hampton there are a few things that could use attention. Specifically, technical difficulties in cycle class with the music. This is especially frustrating for 5am class goers who are trying to engage in a workout before the day. Also, the boards in the sauna room need a repair they need to be nailed in at the kick plate joints not velcroed. While we all love the hydro beds there does need to be 3 consistently working beds seems one is always out of commission. Lastly, 3pm classes or 330 offerings would be nice for those who finish work early ie. Military, ShipYard, Teachers. This would allow those groups to get a workout directly after work without the distractions of not coming at all as it gets later in the evening and the parking lot and equipment are all in use after 430/5.

This is a really great gym! I have been coming here for the since they opened and it has everything I need. I specifically love doing fit360 with coach Ty! I have seen AMAZING results and it built my gym confidence so much. Also, Michael S. is so helpful and greets you with kindness when you walk in! Great staff in general.

What is there to say? Best gym in the 757 hands down. From the minute you walk in the door til you’ve exhausted yourself and leave…. The staff is impeccable! Always courteous…. Always helpful! Never overbearing never negative vibes. They let you come in workout and make this your workout haven. The machines are well maintained… the bathrooms are clean… fresh and sanitary 100! The whole vibe is perfect for challenging you to reach your fitness goals. Great energy. One Life Hampton is truly a workout experience that must be experienced. Once you’re here…. You’re at home.

I absolutely love this club! Its a gorgeous facility with literally everything you could want. Bethany at the front is a breath of fresh air. She is so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. It truly makes a big difference to be welcomed and treated so great each and every time! 10/10 recommend Hampton One Life!!!
