I had my wedding in the Beechwood Clubhouse and everything was perfect! Kelly was so kind and quick to answer all of my questions. The clubhouse wedding package is super affordable for all the amenities you can use. We had access to the bathrooms, side room, kitchen, and main hall and if you get the wedding package, you can start decorating a day before the event, which was soo helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed: freezer, fridge, microwave, and stove! We prepared the reception buffet the morning of and never ran into issues. We had the buffet in the side room and there was more than enough space. The venue provides the tables and chairs that you need, but I rented my own chairs. My family decorated the main room beautifully and it really brought out the charm. There is only side street parking so we had our guests carpool as much as possible to make it easier for everyone. I highly recommend reaching out to Kelly for any of your space rental needs! ** the linens, arbor, and decor belong to my family **

Love the family friendly atmosphere created here at our community pool! The price is great when we broke it down to how much we would be paying per trip to other pools (that aren't as close and convenient to us)...we would only have to go around 20 times as a family to make up the cost and be saving money! We will have that 20 times in the books in no time! ;) I appreciate the warm welcoming invite we receive each time we walk in the gate. We just moved into the neighborhood. Before long I'm sure they'll know us on first name basis. The facility is older, so I think it is wonderful for its age! Clean every time we have gone! And can I mention the awesome family events they have?! We had a place to go for the 4th of July to hang out and have fun in this new community since we haven't been in Virginia long. That was awesome for my toddler's first 4th of July back stateside. :) Thank You Beechwood Pool for providing a safe and fun get away from home to this stay at home mom. Love that I can walk down anytime we need a break from the house!

On behalf of our family we would like to say thank you to Kelly for her assistance in renting the facility. You were very helpful from our first meeting, through the ups and downs of having an event during this time of Covid. Kelly's kindness was an asset in making our event memorable. Everything we needed for our rental of the community center was there and it made the planning so much easier. Our guests were impressed with the private space and cleanliness of the facility.
