I made One Life - Tech Center my home gym in August last year and it has transformed my life for the better. The facility feels luxurious and clean, the staff and other patrons are all very supportive and kind. I utilized personal training with Kaija for my first 6 months and it really helped kick start my fitness journey. I use the tools she taught me in every gym session and I made a new friend along the way! I have never been this consistent with exercise before. I highly recommend this gym!

I love this gym! It is kept clean and the lockers kept up. The instructors take personal attention to you when you are talking a class. I go 5-6 times a week. I am always greeted with a smile. I credit the gym with helping me getting in excellent shape for my knee replacement surgery. As soon as I was released by the the doctor I was right back. I used it on days I wasn’t going to PT. My recovery was definitely shortened by the addition of the gym. No matter your age you will feel welcome.

I interacted with Miss Janelle L. and she was very professional and courteous. She addressed all my needs and provided me with excellent customer service. I had the opportunity to observe her interact with other patrons and she was very delightful courteous and helpful. She took the time to give me information that was needed and she also made recommendations. Please acknowledge her for her excellent customer service.

Love it here, Sally and her big smile at the front desk is always welcoming and inviting! The trainers are willing to assist at your speed while getting you up to speed. Kevin is super cool and helpful and he makes the workouts fun but intense. The atmosphere is always good. I have the premium membership that allows me to go to any location but I prefer Tech Center.

AC sucks. Weights and equipment are thrown everywhere. Looking for the other 30 (lb) dumbbell? Good luck. All the plates are loaded onto a single rack for some reason? Where are all the 5 (lb) disks? Probably haphazardly placed somewhere by someone 2 months ago. Also, the space is hella compact. There's only one of some of the most popular machines, like the lying leg curl. You have to hover over whoever is ahead of you and hope it's just one person in line.
