Was told that you guy stopped day passes to none Resident today and the young lady who was at the desk said I would have to pay 99.00 dollars for the year for me and my grandson each. She explained that she has work there for 5 years and I asked her to pull me up in the computer she did and she said it did not show I my last time there. So my problem is I live in Chesapeake around the corner about 3.1 miles from here and I found the pic that I took in the pool area in 2023 and for the record some one is changing people and pocketing the cash and I will post them here. My grandson only wanted to swim. It’s sad that your pool policy change from employees to employees but thanks for nothing.Pic was from 2023 so your policy was open to day passes. JSYK

Fantastic experience! This swimming center is top-notch! it’s clean, staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging, making learning to swim fun and safe. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to swim and grow in confidence in the water!

I was very impressed about the Southside Aquatic Center Indoor Swimming Pool. Also, the management (Christopher) and his team provided excellent classes. I decided to take a class for Adults Beginner Class while I was in school for few months. The center is very clean and the team is phenomenal! Chris, thank you for the class and your excellent service!

Absolutely the "BEST" pool in the Tidewater area. YES, better than One Life and any of the military base pools.... The water 💧 is always 68°...

Do not go here its a wast of time the pool is never open it says there open but there always doing other stuff besides the pool being open so theres no point in going it really pisses me off
