I had never bought a pool before and didn’t know anything. Miles on Western Branch Blvd was so helpful! He had an answer for every question I had and taught me the difference between each and every different type of pool. We actually went to several different pool stores for second opinions and ended up coming right back to East Coast Leisure. Very informative, very patient and very professional. I will be a customer for life!

I bought my pool from here three years ago. Everyone who works in this building has become a friend. They are always willing to help and go beyond. I walk in the door and I am always greeted with a smile. The knowledge that they have on any topic is impeccable. A pool area is always a work in progress at ECL they make the process easy. I needed a new hot tub cover and was clueless about what I needed. The team at Eaat Coast Leisure walked me through how to measure what I needed and making sure the paperwork was completed accurately. The delivery was seamless and Junior was so pleasant! Excellent service all around - a repeat from the purchase of the hot tub years ago.

Our first visit to your Western Branch Blvd store went well. We were just getting prices at that time. Todd was very knowledgeable of all the products and explained in depth each of the pools that we were interested in. When we were finally ready to make a purchase, I called Todd and he arranged everything so we could pick it up at your warehouse on Horse pasture Rd. I went there today and they loaded up my truck inside and out with all the necessary parts. We have friends coming over Saturday to help us put it up. We’ve had 2 other pools over the years that we installed, so we sorta know what we’re doing. Anyway, the grandkids are excited to finally get another pool up and going. I certainly will recommend to any and everyone I know looking for a pool to go see Todd.

Great company to deal with. We bought our pool from them a year ago and they have been very helpful since day 1. Water test are done accurately and never try to sell us stuff we don’t need. Great staff very helpful.
