I’ve been going here for almost 4years now and love it! The new staff are kind and greeting everyday. They know me by name and doesn’t hesitate to stop and chat for a bit! Vinny is extremely helpful and has answered all my gym related questions as well!! Love it here 10/10

Onelife western branch location is the best gym in the 757. The staff there are so friendly and guide you with professional service. Definitely check this place out and tell Vinny that Phil motivated you to join the club.

I only recently joined Onelife Chesapeake Square and I'm so glad that I did! I had a lot of concerns about gym childcare due to some past experiences and Sierra promptly and expertly addressed any concerns I had. Sierra also made signing up extremely efficient and easy. I've gone almost every day since becoming a member and all of the employees that I have encountered have been so wonderful. My kids are eager to attend Kids Camp every day and I love the extra amenities that come with Onelife. So grateful that I was introduce to Onelife!

Best gym in the 757!!! I have been a member of one life fitness for years. I have tried planet fitness and the ymca, Nothing else comes close! The facility is always clean, they are consistently renovating and improving, and staff are amazing! Kathleen is amazing, she has been here since I originally enrolled and she has treated me like family since day 1! Vinny as well, He is awesome!! The kids club is amazing, staff take great care of the children!! The only suggestion is please open the kids club earlier to be competitive with other facilities… maybe 8am? You can tell everyone truly cares about making this a great facility, Thank you for all the hard work you’ve all put in over the years!

Kathleen has the biggest smile when walking into the gym, she is so welcoming. David was so attentive and invited me to one of his classes I can't wait to see the results. Brandon was so sweet he came over to make sure everything was going well.
