What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool generally receives positive feedback for its beauty, cleanliness, and family-friendly atmosphere. However, several visitors expressed concerns about disruptive behavior from a group of older children in the shallow section, which is designated for young children, and noted that some staff members (lifeguards and booth attendants) were reportedly friends with and encouraged the rowdy behavior. A significant issue also surfaced regarding inconsistent entry policies; some guests previously purchased day passes but were later informed that the pool is for members only, with a high membership fee, and staff appeared uncertain about day pass options. Despite these issues, some patrons still reported having a great time.

Visited yesterday for the very first time. The pool itself was beautiful, very clean & well taken care of. The only issue I experienced was with the staff & a few of the guests. There was a group of boys in the pool (likely around ages 10-13) so some rowdiness is to be expected however it gets to be a bit much when they start distributing those around them. Between screaming in our ears to people across the other end of the pool, splashing water in my 1 year old nephews eyes, bullying each other, name calling.. it was a little overwhelming. I know it’s a pool and everyone is welcome however we should also be considerate of those around us. The shallow section is small so it’s ideal for smaller children and babies but it can become quite uncomfortable when it’s jam packed with youngsters that are rowdy, especially when there’s a whole separate section where they can rough house. Come to find out, one of the life guards was friends with the group of boys and was essentially hyping it up & a couple of the other boys that were part of the rowdy group actually worked at the sign in booth. We had a great time otherwise. Hopefully the staff (including young lifeguards & booth attendants) can proceed with directing rough housing to a section of the pool that doesn’t have children and babies.
Great pool! We had a great time
Great family-friendly environment! I'm biased, but I love our pool!
For Members Only. My family went one time before our last. Paid $5 per adult and child for a day pass. I asked the lifegaurds, working entry and concession, if they were sure it was $5 per person. They did not seem like they were sure, but merely said yes in a questionable tone. When we went to visit again we were told it is for members only and it would cost over $300 to buy a membership.. Definitely will be sticking to water country or anywhere else from here on out.
Went to the neighborhood easter party. Fun times were had by all, and it was a friendly group of people. The pool looked nice.
