What are people saying (AI review summary)? Graham Park Pool receives mixed reviews. Positive feedback often highlights the pool's cleanliness, pleasant appearance, and the very good, friendly demeanor of its lifeguards. The ability to bring personal food is also appreciated. However, several critical points were raised, including poor value for money due to shortened swim times and a policy requiring non-swimming adult guardians to pay full admission. A specific concern was directed at unprofessional, passive-aggressive, and unwelcoming front-desk staff. Some reviewers noted the removal of 'fun attractions,' reducing it to 'just a pool,' and suggested updating the kiddie facilities. While one review mentioned getting 'money's worth,' others strongly disagreed, citing an overall unpleasant experience due to perceived unfair pricing and service issues. The pool's pricing ($5 adults, $4.75 kids, $3 after 4 pm), operating hours (12 pm-6 pm, closed Tuesdays), and initial difficulty in finding the location were also noted.

Graham Park Pool – Dumfries, Virginia Review Date: Sunday, July 20, 2025 I visited Gwen Park Pool today and left with serious concerns. The pool offers swimming access at full price, yet today I was given significantly less than an hour before the lifeguard closed the pool forcing me to pay the full entry fee for curtailed usage. This felt unfair and left me disappointed by the value of my visit. What further diminished my experience was the policy requiring payment even for adults or guardians who are not swimming but merely supervising a child of swimming age. My purpose for attending was supervision, not swimming, yet I was charged identically. This policy seems both contradictory and exploitative. If adult supervision is required, the facility should consider offering discounted or free access to non-swimmers to reflect the service being provided. I also encountered unprofessional behavior from the front-desk staff member on duty today. Specifically, the young woman with fake braids, fake eyelashes, and fake nails. Her demeanor was passive-aggressive, condescending, and entirely unwelcoming. The attitude she displayed was both unnecessary and off-putting, contributing heavily to my decision to not return. A friendly, respectful attitude is essential for customer service, and regrettably, it was absent from today’s experience. Overall, I give Gwen Park Pool zero stars. My visit was unpleasant from start to finish due to poor value for money, questionable policies, and unacceptable service by staff. I cannot recommend this facility. If you value fair pricing and respectful customer interaction, look elsewhere.
$5.00 Adults, $4.75 kids 3-17. After 4pm it’s $3 per person. Closed on Tuesday, Open 12noon-6pm. Nice pool, clean, very good lifeguards. Could use an update to some of the kiddie stuff in the pool.
A little confusing to find the first time but worth it...
You get your money worth.... they've taken down all the "fun attractions " Now it's just a pool.., where you can hang out at. Only best part about the place is you can Bring your own food & fun.....
