Resident accommodation is a fable in this community. I would not recommend this community to anyone! All the complaints seem to fall on deaf ears from my personal and our neighbors experience. The street light flickers and flashes on and off non-stop every night all night, PET and animal WASTE ON EVERY SIDEWALK, trash bins being stolen or vandalized infront of townhomes, BROKEN GLASS ON THE SIDEWALKS AND AROUND THE PLAYGROUNDS! The pool staff have closed the pool HOURS early on CLEAR SUNNY WEEKEND days just to leave work early. Complaints don't seem to go anywhere here so just SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND YOUR BREATH if you want to live in a well managed, comfortable, CLEAN community. Every resident here pays the HOA fees of $110 every month, as far as I can see that money does not go back into our community for sanitation, maintenance, or security. Beyond disappointed!!!!!!! I am truly embarrassed to live here after believing HOA facade.

Wonderful place for swimming of all ages. Clean and well organized. Plenty of staff on-site. Deoth range from 1-6 feet.
