What are people saying (AI review summary)? Overall, feedback is largely positive, with many families enjoying fun summer experiences and appreciating the cleanliness of the facility. A significant highlight is the high level of safety, exemplified by a lifeguard's rapid response to an incident and a manager's excellent follow-up, which instilled a sense of security in parents. Visitors also valued the less crowded environment due to attendance limits and the benefit of free admission. However, common criticisms include some staff members appearing unhappy or unhelpful, and the pavement being uncomfortably hot for children's feet.

Kids have enjoyed a fun summer ☀️ here
My 13 yr-old son went here with some friends yesterday. Unknown to him, he accidentally went over into the deep end (he has very little pool experience; we're from Buffalo, lol) and couldn't stay afloat. According to my son, the lifeguard got to him really quickly and pulled him out. The manager was very nice, made sure my son was OK and called to explain what happened. He was even kind enough to bring my son home for me, since my husband was at work with the car. Thankfully my son was OK, just a little shaken up! I definitely feel safe sending my kids here in the future, although we are looking into swim lessons!
The staff don't seem very happy to be there the handful of times we have taken our toddler this summer. They need several sprinklers on the sidewalks because I heard multiple children talk about how hot the pavement is and their feet being shredded. Overall clean place but not friendly or helpful staff.
We really enjoyed bringing our family to the pool this year. Despite all the covid regulations, the city made it possible for the pool to operate. There were limits each day which we really enjoyed! We could keep a good eye on the kids and who likes a crowded pool anyway?? Plus, you can't beat FREE
