I used to really enjoy playing here, especially when Coach Dan was around. He was knowledgeable, encouraging, and made learning fun. Unfortunately, since the coaching change, the experience hasn’t been the same. The new coach, Debbie, seems less organized and not as professional during sessions. I hope management considers improving coaching quality again, because this club has great potential.

This is my parent's YMCA and we are there on a fairly regular basis. We are always welcomed with friendly smiles and the workers there are very helpful. My kids enjoy the pool, we enjoy volleyball and pickleball and basketball. It looks like they also have a great workout area with lots of free weights and machines. My parents are there at least 5 times a week and they absolutely love it!

Very nice, kind of fancy. The only real complaint I have is that the pickleball courts are indoors but are designed to be outdoor courts. Plus the people walking around above you if they start to run makes the area sound like Thunder. Incredibly distracting

They have got rid of basketball completely… That’s right a YMCA has no basketball inside but instead full time pickleball… that’s right a game that maybe 5% of all Wichita plays regularly. Plus the YMCA says just go use out other buildings acting as if some people don’t drive and ride bikes to the gym to play with friends in the summer. Luckily I don’t anymore but that’s sad for the kids that live in those houses around this YMCA. This company also makes 1+ Billion just off donations then another billion from the government and more. But they can’t add another gym for pickleball? And you can’t say no one played basketball in that gym I know for a fact that gym was always full with one court at least running full court with ages 5-80 some days but pickleball I bet it’s empty unless there’s a event.

I just switched over from Genesis and really love this particular gym. The staff are very nice and my young one loves the kid zone. I really love the energy here and I don’t mind kids running around. It really gives it a homely feel. I will definitely try and get in here daily and see what classes are offered here.
