Family-friendly pool with a splash pad and swim lessons.
Specific, consistently maintained temperatures for the Mineral Springs Pool are not publicly advertised. As an outdoor community pool, its water temperature generally fluctuates with ambient weather conditions and relies on natural heating from the sun.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool offers reasonable pricing and has received mixed reviews, with a recent positive shift. Many users note a significant improvement this year, citing new, helpful staff and more consistent opening hours compared to past years. However, some long-term patrons feel the facility has declined since the 90s, specifically criticizing lifeguards for perceived inattentiveness. Rules are described as very strict, particularly the mandatory and non-removable life jacket policy for non-swimmers or those with a red band, even in the 2ft shallow area, which can limit the experience. While generally not crowded and offering a secluded atmosphere, it can attract teenagers. The facility provides a small picnic area where outside food is permitted, but only one section of the pool may be open for swimming, and the splash pad has been reported as non-operational. Despite some enjoying their visit, the strict rules and specific facility issues lead some patrons to state they will not return.

It's reasonably priced . And exactly what you would expect at a city pool.
It's great they have everything you need and the guy there is very nice and helpful
I need to change my review because this pool has been much better this year. They seem to have a new staff and the pool has actually been open. My wife and I have been swimming here about 5 or 6 times this year and it's been much better than the past couple of years. Thanks!
This pool has went down hill since the 90's in my opinion. The lifeguards doesn't do their jobs as well as they should. They spend more time talking to people instead of paying attention to what little kids is doing in the water. Hopefully this year will be a major turn around and things will go back to the way they used to be when I was a child. I try to be as positive as I can be when it comes to ratings because there are people who look at these reviews before they come to try places out for their first time, but I am just being honest.
Nice and secluded and not big crowds although it seemed to be a hangout for lots of teenagers. Very strict on swim rules. MUST wear life jacket or otherwise approved apparel if red band (nonswimmer). You can't take it off no matter what. They also only gave one section of pool to swim in. There is a small picnic area and they aren't strict about bringing in outside food. The "splash pad" is a small section behind a gate that wasn't even working that day. No kid pool but the big pool has a nice 2ft area kids can play in--but remember they have to wear life jacket AT ALL TIMES. WE had a nice time but I don't think I'll be going back.
