For the past 8 years I’ve been taken my kids it’s clean and amazing place to take the family there the love to go there every day if it’s possible but Unfortunately they only open During summertime the only thing that I didn’t get, it’s $100 difference between last year and the year before for the pass But is worth it, especially for that baby splash Amazing Time every summer
Went to the pool for the first time and my kids and I loved it ! The pools are so clean and spacious. The lifeguards were pretty kind and were very attentive to the little kids swimming. I didn’t have to hover over my kids bc I knew they were doing a good job! As a hijabi I felt welcomed and the female life guards were so sweet. They took care of every need we had and welcomed us with a smile. Sammy was a great help when we were in the food court area. Very kind and generous. Definitely will visit again !
I came to enjoy a nice time with friends but Courtney the manager is very rude. She is just making up rules and acting very entitled. I have never seen a professional/government establishment that just makes up rules based on how the manager feels. If you want your money's worth DONT COME HERE. She will make sure you WONT enjoy. I read the rules in big white text on the wall of the locker room and NONE of them say "Whatever I say goes." Uptight and overly restrictive.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend and I were just trying to enjoy a normal day at the town pool, and it turned into a total nightmare, thanks to the so-called "manager" Courtney. From the moment we walked in, she acted like she was on a personal mission to ruin everyone’s fun. She was incredibly rude and had the most condescending attitude I’ve ever encountered from someone in charge of a community space. Instead of offering help or being welcoming, Courtney decided to make up rules on the spot rules we’ve never seen posted or heard before. Apparently, everything we did was a problem. Laughing too loud? Problem. Sitting somewhere she didn’t like? Problem. Breathing too freely? Probably a problem too. She micromanaged every single thing we did like we were on trial instead of at a public pool. It honestly felt like she thought she owned the place and everyone in it. Completely over the top and unprofessional. If this is how the pool is going to be run all summer, we’ll be finding somewhere else to cool off and we’ll be warning others to do the same.
Lifeguard name Stephanie was incredibly rude and racist to our family who was completely new here. Apparently my family weren’t dressed in the proper attire, which was true for my mom and sister, but not for me or my Dad. But she kept nitpicking, raising her voice at us. Also they had the opportunity to blow the whistle and let us know before we even got into the pool but she didn’t. Me and my family were very cooperative and cordial with her but she kept raising her voice at us. Do not come here if you’re a person of color or religious
