Our daughter recently started attending British Swim School in Wixom. I have been so happy with the classes! She is having fun, getting over water fears, and learning so fast. Her coach, Tyler, is very patient, attentive, and just great with all the kids. It's been such a relief to find such a wonderful swim school and to know that she is learning such a critical skill.

British Swim School in Wixom is wonderful! We tried 2 other swim schools before finding British Swim School and could not be happier that we found them. The teachers get to know your child and their personality which helps our child feel more comfortable in the pool. Our daughter looks forward to going to swim lessons now. Your child will have the same teacher for every lesson too unlike other commercial swim schools where the teacher is different each week. I cannot say enough good things about British Swim School. Thank you Christine and team for all you do!

My granddaughter has overcome much of her fear of the water and is continuing to grow and learn in her swim classes. It has been wonderful to see. Chris has been very patient and overall fantastic with her, and also the subs we have had on occasion. Highly recommend.

My son has been attending his swimming sessions at British Swim School and he enjoys while looking forward to every class. Each and every instructor is extremely patient especially when it comes to little ones making it fun. Chris who’s the Manager here is very accommodating and also catches up with most of the parents with their child’s progress. I’m glad I have opted to send my son to this franchise.

I enrolled my three children at British Swim School in Wixom and Novi, with all three being at very different levels of confidence and swimming ability. The instructors were phenomenal, tailoring every lesson to each child’s individual strengths and opportunity areas. I had previously enrolled my oldest son in another swim program pre-pandemic, but he never progressed or connected with the instructors, as the lessons there were very checklist-driven. At British Swim School, I immediately noticed the difference—the focus was on personal growth for each child, not just completing a standard checklist. My oldest son, who started as a cautious swimmer, quickly gained confidence and progressed to swimming laps and being able to tread in deeper water, which was his goal. He truly clicked with the way the instructors taught. My middle child went from being a fearful non-swimmer, clinging to the wall, to swimming laps and happily doing backstrokes in the deep end. As for my youngest, the most challenging of the three, the instructors’ patience and creativity stood out. They met her where she was, keeping her engaged and making lessons fun, even when her focus shifted constantly. They managed to teach her the basics in a playful and effective way—no small task with a strong-willed three-year-old. I’m incredibly grateful for the passion and dedication of all the instructors, especially Chris. Their individualized approach gave my kids not just swimming skills but also confidence in the water. I couldn’t recommend British Swim School more highly!
