My son has been swimming with BSS for over 5 years. He started not knowing how to swim at all at the Sugar Hill location and is now on the Swim Team at Johns Creek. They have encouraged and nurtured him all the way and he can now outswim me. If you ever want to find out about lessons give Tina a call. She is the Manager and is honestly become one of my favorite people. She listens to any concerns you have and deals with all situations in such a professional way. I have never been disappointed with any interaction i have had with her or either of the owners. At BSS they look after their customers.

This is truly the most amazing Swim School!! All the staff knows my daughter by her name, and we are always greeted with a smile! The swim instructors are so patient and attentive and never push or scare my daughter into doing something that she is not comfortable with. They also have water survival skills built into every swim lesson! This is an amazing bonus for us as well! We love to be on the lake and at the beach as well as our pool and I’m so relieved that she will know exactly what to do in case of an accident. If you want your child to have an amazing time with amazing staff and teachers all the while learning to swim the great environment! The teacher is extremely encouraging and engaging! And the Deck Ambassador was simply amazing! She greets us with a smile every time we come and knows my child's name! This is the school for you!

This is an excellent place. Was recommended to me by my neighbor. My initial experience was not that good as i felt that in first class the instructor was too quick to decide which swim level my kid was. My expectation was that they should give at least couple of minutes to kid to show what kid knows, instead instructor just checked what they wanted to see I notified this issue to school and they were very prompt in correcting the mistake. i really liked the way the issue was handled. Its perfectly ok to make a mistake, but if they are open to listen to issue and make amends, that is what matters
