Kid-friendly water park offering go karts and multiple enclosed water slides, plus cabana rentals.
Specific pool temperature information for Buccaneer Cove is generally not publicly available. As an outdoor water park designed for warm weather operation, its pools were typically unheated, relying on ambient air temperatures.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The park offers a decent number of activities, primarily slides and a splash pad, making it enjoyable for children, particularly those aged around 6 and older. Reviewers often highlighted attentive and friendly lifeguards, short lines at times, and the park's cleanliness and well-laid-out design. However, several downsides were noted, including concerns about unmotivated or unknowledgeable staff leading to slow service and longer lines, and an inconvenient policy requiring online tickets to be printed. Visitors also experienced occasional slide closures, wristbands falling off, and a lack of refunds or rain checks when the park closed due to weather shortly after ticket purchase. While some found it to be a good value at a discounted price, others felt it wasn't worth the regular admission cost, and a desire for a wading pool for very young children was expressed.

Pretty good time. Decent number of activities. Definitely worth the 550 deal but not worth the usual 20 dollars. You can rent a private cabana for 50 dollars but there are plenty of umbrellas to sit under. 3 good size slides that are all closed in. Attentive life guards. Definitely doing their jobs.
Fine number of options for our kids (6YO), just kinda wish it had a small wading pool for even younger ones. Tried to call the place ahead of time, but the phone number (Google Maps) was disconnected. Our wristbands all fell off within an hour, which was strange. Some of the water slides close occasionally, I guess because they rotate guards.
Was very unhappy bought our tickets less than 5 minutes then told everyone to exit the water for 30minutes because of the weather. Ok then next thing they close the park. No rain check or money didn't even get in the water that's wrong on so many levels
Just FYI of you're traveling: tickets purchased online must be printed. It didn't say this until after I purchased them. I bought them on our way to the park, so we had to stop and find a print service to print our tickets before we got there. We did find a place: VN Printing, I think, about 7 minutes from the park. Other than that inconvenience, the park was great. We went around 1:30 on a Friday afternoon and stayed for about 2.5 hours. My kids were able to ride the water slides numerous times. The lines were either non-existent or very short and like someone else said, the lifeguards were super friendly and helpful. 2 of the big slides were closed, though, so just the kiddie slide and 2 other slides were open. My kids had a great time and really enjoyed it! We chose to go here last minute after reading bad reviews for Six Flags Whitewater. We didn't want to waste time or money and we don't regret the decision to go here instead. This place isn't huge by any means, but was a fun place for the kids. No pool or lazy river. Just slides and a splash pad.
The place is very clean and well laid out. However the staff is not customer service oriented and not knowledgeable. I understand that most of the people that work there are young but they don't seem to motivated or have an understanding of how to take care of the customers there. There were long lines because employees were moving slow and didn't seem to care. It'll probably be a while before we decide to go back if at all.
