I am a very particular and sensitive mom who looks at all kinds of details… what I can say is that My daughter Amy had swimming lessons for approximately 7 months and it was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Thanks to our favorite coach Angel for always being very kind, friendly and patient around my daughter she learned so much from him so angel we wish you all the best success in your future and enjoy your Starbucks gift card you deserve it 😃☺️!! Jersie is an incredible instructor! She has taught my daughter amazing foundational skills and continues to build off of them. She knows just when to push her to a new skill and taught me well during the parent and tot class. We enrolled my daughter when she was just shy of 2. She was nervous during the first few classes and there were definitely some tears, but she gained so much confidence with each class. She now loves swimming and looks forward to every class. I encourage everyone to enroll their child in swim lessons ant Aqua-Tots and to stick with it! I love seeing my daughter’s (cautious) confidence and progress each week.

We absolutely LOVE Aqua-tots. I did a lot of research on swim schools and am so grateful this is the one we chose. They are attentive and make swim lessons fun while teaching all the important skills. The location here in Cedar Park is always clean and the staff is amazing.

Extremely disappointed in our experience last week so much so to the point where I wanted to pull my kid out of the program and wasn't too sure on posting this altogether... We truly do appreciate all of the coaches at aqua tots, but one coach is our favorite. We received an email saying that she would be dropping two shifts from her schedule, which we thought was a tad bit weird as she usually tried to keep us updated on when she works (like shes done since before she went on maternity leave). After class during paenrt feedback, one parent rushed up to her immediately questioning "what is wrong with you changing your schedule without notice". And when this young woman's face turned from pure joy and happiness to confusion, sadness, and pure dread, I felt HORRIBLE. She told the parents that she no clue as to what they were talking about, to which the parent then showed her the proof in writing that she would be cut from the schedule. She tried to come up with something on the spot "maybe they need to do extra co teaching, maybe they have new hires" but we could tell that it's something more. When she was finally done talking to the first parent she then made her way over to us. She could only look at us terrified that we were going to have the same reaction as the other parent, and was PROFUSELY APOLOGIZING for something (as far as we know) that was completely out of her control!!! Like stated earlier, we enjoy and appreciate all coaches at aqua tots, but we really enjoy this one specific coach, just because we feel as if she truly sees the vision behind what aqua tots is as a whole. I'm not sure if it's because she herself is a parent, or if it's just because she truly cares. Please, as someone that manages others, please tell your employees if you are cutting their hours, so they can AT LEAST give YOUR CUSTOMERS a reason for the sudden change, and to avoid the complete and utter embarrassment for not just your patrons but your employees and management team.

We’ve been to a few swim schools in the area and this one is easily our favorite. Like any extracurricular activity, each class is slightly different depending on the coach. You have to figure out who is the best fit for your child as every kid is so different. (Shoutout to coach Bethanie!) We have seen undeniable progress from our daughter and a genuine compassion and support from all the staff and coaches.
