I love it here! My son has come a long way and loves being in the water. His favorite instructor is Liam but everyone is awesome. The owner is easy to communicate with and the app is pretty great too!

My child attended here for a year. While there were some positive aspects, there were also a few concerns. The water temperature was consistently low, and she was often shivering from the cold — a rash guard was essential. Sometimes the staff didn’t seem fully prepared for the first lesson on Sunday mornings, and on two occasions, the instructor didn’t show up, resulting in same-day cancellations. Unfortunately, we were left waiting without notice. Since the pool is rented from a sports gym, our access to showers, lockers, and restrooms was quite limited. That said, I really appreciated the instructor in the photo (I’ve forgotten his name). He had a friendly and attentive teaching style that my child enjoyed. Thank you.

Need to give a shoutout to Adrian and Maddie from this location! They were super accommodating when I showed up for a class at the wrong time and were able to do a quick impromptu lesson for our son. The lessons in general are great too, very practical application, especially compared to other comparable swim programs, and our son enjoyed the classes more than others we've been to.

My daughter started with BSS back in August 2023 as a starfish. She was not very comfortable putting her head underwater, or getting into water for that matter. She immediately connected with her instructor, Antony, who was patient and made sure that all the kiddos in her class were comfortable. BSS is PERFECT for helping your kid become comfortable with the water and practicing crucial water safety protocols like floating on their back, calling for an adult, etc. Once the kids were able to perfect these, they would move up and start learning freestyle, backstroke, breast stroke and butterfly. My original intention putting my daughter in BSS was to make sure that she could swim on her own safely should anything ever happen. BSS far surpassed that and at the age of 6, she is now a better swimmer than half of my family. She started as a Starfish and climbed her way up to Shark 2. It took almost two years but it was so worth it. I couldn’t recommend BSS enough. We had the most incredible time with them and I’m so grateful that they taught my baby girl how to swim and swim WELL.
