Whatever I say isn't going to be enough. Starting from Ms. Tonya answering every question patiently over the phone and helping with registration and scheduling. Then Ms. Eva who coordinates the classes, ensures they start and end on time. The children safely reaching their designated spots. Also celebrating every birthday and milestone and promotion. She is amazing. My kids fondly call her the sticker and bell lady :) Ms. Amanda - she is just absolutely outstanding. From being in the water with the kids and teaching them the right survival skills and techniques to swim to observing from outside while the new coaches take over. She not only is correcting form on the kids but observing them and letting her coaches know how they are doing and how they are helping the kids. Mr. Mark, Ms. Rose, Ms. Donna - all are just wonderful, professional and kind coaches. They have the best interest of the children in their hearts. They genuinely want the kids to learn and excel. They are super encouraging and the kids are so excited when they do better and get a number. Each kids ability to swim is a reflection on their training. Hats off to British swim school. I was referred by a friend here 2 years ago and never once have I doubted my decision. Initially I had my son only, now I have my daughter going here too.

I can’t say enough good stuff about this swim school! The teaching style and model is unmatched. I mean even the admin folks are so kind and supportive. My oldest daughter has been to two previous swim schools and this one is by far thee best. Her progress and development I’ve noticed is so much better. I feel that she is a way better confident swimmer. My five year old is also doing so well and she is so confident in water in such a short time. Thank you to the instructors for all your amazing guidance and patience. We are taking a break for the fall but we will be back in the spring!!

British Swim School has been fantastic with my baby, we started when she was three months old and now she's none months. The teachers are patient, kind, informative and friendly. What I don't like is the pool seems to have to have constant temperature issues, which is not the swim school's fault but LA fitness, the British Swim School uses the pool of LA fitness in Round Rock.

Ms. Courtney is one of the best instructors for children. All the staff and other coaches are really good too. We didn't have direct interactions with the others but you can see the care the swim school and coaches put in to provide personalized sessions to help kids learn to swim independently. Miss Tonya who takes the phone call always provides top notch customer service and no matter what day or time you call during the business operation hours.
