Lago Vista city pool has been closed all summer 2024, a complete failure!! As a Lago Vista resident I'm completely shocked and saddened that we have not had a city pool all summer to swim laps. Yes the city is working on it and it will be ready at the end of summer.

The prices are really inexpensive which is great. It's a good choice for kids as there is a large shallow area. It is not as large and does not feature as many "fancy" water features as the Cedar Park Veteran's Park Pool does, however it's in Lago and it's way less crowded in my experience. A great local resource.

Great for the kids. 4ft all around, great splash area & shaded seating. Clean bathrooms as well.

It's a clean pool, 2 pavilions, shaded places to sit. There's bathroom facilities that are clean, vending machines, a water slide, drop buckets and an umbrella water thing. Overall it's a great place to play with the kids.

Very disappointed in the Lago Vista swimming pool. There are several seniors and disabled citizens in Lago that enjoy swimming in the evenings after the hot sun has started going down for the day. The city web site shows the days of the week is open and the hours. They show the pool doesn’t open till 1pm and closes at 8pm each day but Monday that they are closed. What happened to morning swims before it gets hot. Also adult swim time only. Then when you show up on Thursday at 7pm they say they are closed. And only open for swim team. Also pool is closing in Middle of Aug due to school starting. Guess what City of Lago Vista. We have a lot of residents that are not students that would enjoy using the pool all day every day until the weather turns to cold. I would assume that this pool is for everyone in Lago and not just the students. This is very poorly managed and needs to have some changes immediately.
