RealManage (the property management company) is neglecting the pool and can’t maintain it regularly. From locked bathrooms, overflowing trash (not difficult to anticipate a Memorial Day influx of patrons), and ill -working key cards. Realmanage is quickly and expertly letting the pool fall to ruin. Edit: I am changing my review as I have seen some proactive steps into making the pool a better and safer place for families. I think it’s great someone (HOA member?) provided a watering can to help encourage community members to lend a hand and keep the green space looking healthy and lush.
