We have used Perfect Pool Care for two years since our pool was built. Eric is hard to get a hold of and doesn't return calls so if you want a pool service that is responsive this may not be the company for you. As with all companies it is hard to maintain a good staff these days. When we first started with this company they did a great job but things gradually worsened. We had full pool service which included brushing but we noticed they missed alot of areas and you could see the brush strokes and the dirty areas they left behind. We cancelled the full service and went with just chemical service figuring we would do a better job brushing. My wife handled the transactions and isn't one to second guess or micro manage the service. She used to work for a pool company so she has some experience dealing with pool issues. She received our recent chemical numbers from Perfect Pool Care and noticed the cya was high. She went back and looked at the reports and the cya has been high for two months. The issue we are having on the bottom of the pool is a issue with the cya levels. She emailed Eric to have him look into it and never heard back. In the past she would call but he rarely would return the call. Why is our pool service who is responsible for our pool chemicals not paying attention to the readings they are taking? We have lost all trust in this company to keep our pool chemically balanced and safe for that matter. Because of a lack of responsiveness from Eric and our current issue she contacted another pool service company. They came out today and verified we need to drain the pool and refill it to get ride of the cya issue. Normal cya should be between 30-50 pmm and our pool is near 200 ppm. We have a friend that we referred Perfect Pool Care and their cya levels are upwards of 150 ppm. I called Eric with Perfect Pool Care to notify him and not surprisingly I had to leave a message. Today we canceled our service and will be taking our business to another pool service company. Since covid customer service in just about all manners of business has been lacking. Hopefully this review will remind Perfect Pool Care the importance of doing a quality job and having great customer service.

During recent freeze in Austin our pool motor broke and I called a lot of pool companies to replace motor but nobody showed up except perfect pool care. His staff drove in freeze and I can’t thank them enough for that. They not only provided guidance on what motor would be best for our pool size as we acquired new pool few months back but also shared good practices to keep pool clean. His staff is very humble and intelligent. I would highly recommend perfect pool care for their services.

Eric has continually gone above and beyond to ensure our pool and the equipment is in tip top shape. We got a pool school to show us how to use the pool and they care for all the small details. Highly recommend!

Reliable and honest. I have been using Perfect Pool Care for over 10 years and they are one of the best service companies I have every seen. They are always thorough -- every single week. When you need repairs, you can count on them to give you the whole picture and to be honest and careful with your dollars. They will tell you what needs to be done now and what can wait. They are also great at keeping an eye on your warranties and any recalls/issues on/about your equipment. I have never had one single negative issue with this company. They go above and beyond for their customers.

We have used Perfect Pool Care for over 3 years and we could not be happier with their consistent scheduled cleaning service and their support when things need to be repaired. Rob and Erik have always been accessible when we needed to get a hold of them. I highly recommend them for anyone who has a pool and needs help cleaning, servicing or that needs new equipment installed. Some of the negative reviews out there that I see make no sense as these guys could not be more solid.
