What are people saying (AI review summary)? The sports complex elicits mixed feedback. Positive aspects frequently highlighted include excellent aquatics facilities, well-maintained pools with polite lifeguards, and a wide array of fitness classes led by skilled instructors. Many appreciate the well-equipped gym, offering diverse weights, a good cardio room, and nice yoga/pilates studios, along with clean locker rooms and generally kind staff. However, significant concerns are raised, particularly regarding unresponsive management that ignores complaints and creates inconsistency in services like class scheduling. One member cited unprofessional behavior from a gym manager. While some pools are praised, others are found underwhelming, with a new pool experiencing delays. Several members find the membership dues to be excessively high for the value received, and there were isolated incidents of uncomfortable experiences with trainers. These issues have led to dissatisfaction, with some members reportedly leaving the complex.

I'm so happy to have joined the sports complex. The aquatics facility and programming are amazing. Excellent instructors for the fitness classes, beautiful and well-maintained pool facilities, and polite and kind lifeguards. Best club membership I can imagine
I've been working out in the gym here for about a year now, I love it the facility is soo nice and the receptionists are always so kind. The only problem I every had was a trainer was making me feel very uncomfortable one time, she would not stop staring at everything I did from across the gym!! I felt like she was judging me but idk.
It’s a good gym with lots of weights but the pool is underwhelming and the new one that has been promised is almost 2 months behind schedule. Membership dues are astronomical and do not necessarily equate to the value you actually get.
Been a member here for over a year. Good fitness rooms, lots of weights (free and machine). Good cardio room with a fantastic view, and plenty of options: rowers, bikes, treadmills, steppers. Yoga and pilates studios are really nice. Clean, well stocked, locker room with steam sauna but only a couple of showers. Friendly staff.
After two years of trying this place out and giving it a chance, their management left me no choice but to cancel my contract. I spent about 1500$ a month there for private training sessions and other services. Let me be clear, my trainer was amazing and I wish I was still there only due to him. I reported several issues to their management which they have done absolutely nothing about over the years. I even submitted complaints on paper, through their app and directly with people working there. At no point of time anyone bothered reaching out and asking any follow-up questions. On top of that, I started HIIT classes which out of nowhere they cancelled and or change the trainer. There is no consistency and nobody really smears to care. Chris, GYM manager is playing a chemist with the new pool, pouring chemicals in randomly. On two occasions I saw him sit in the lobby with his feet up on the table where I often eat. The overall experience is just really bad. The other members I know are all complaining and many are leaving and joining Hill Country Indoors. Kudos to couple of exceptions there who love their job and are truly involved with their clients. I want to make sure those are not found offended by this review.
