My daughter loves this place! It's clean, they have wonderful access to bathrooms, changing areas, showers (they are exposed, not private fyi! ..helpful to simply rinse after swimming!) the instructors are so friendly and they really care about helping their kids reach their swimming goals and progress to their highest potential! I love the hairdrying station, and Love the bathing suit dryers!! Definitely recommend! We started out in Mommy & me classes with mommy or daddy in the pool with her, and she has leveled up to become more confident and excel on her own with instructors! She's 2 1/2!

They will OVERCHARGE you by mistake and instead of refunding your HARD EARNED money, the manager offered credits for future classes. I explained that I didnt want credits to future classes since the school year was starting and it would be difficult to coordinate, especially since I live a distance from the school. I followed ALL policies and communicated with the receptionist on multiple occasions to make sure everything would align correctly. You have lost a customer for LIFE, and I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I signed my daughter up for 2 swimming lessons. $30 per session. My account was charged twice, once for $140 and the other for $175 after i had already paid for the classes. I called and spoke with someone who advised i would not get a refund and that instead i would get rewards. Totally unacceptable to steal money and only offer rewards as if i’m even thinking about coming back after that!

Goldfish Swim School is excellent. The place is clean. Staff are very professional and (kid) friendly. Teachers are actually teaching (some place don’t, trust me). I also love the fact that someone is always there to monitor the classes. I also observed that The staff are really good in dealing with kids who may be afraid of water. I also think they have a good and fair make up policy. My kids also love it here. Definitely would recommend.

Everyone has been super nice & communicative. Every instructor my son has had thus far has been kind & patient. My son looks forward to attending every week!
