What are people saying (AI review summary)? Initially, the pools were praised for being clean, rarely crowded, and offering ample seating and shade, making them a great and affordable option for families. However, more recent reviews (from 2023 and 2024) highlight a significant decline in maintenance and management. Persistent issues include filthy bathrooms with broken soap dispensers, loose or missing toilet paper, and no paper towels. Umbrellas are consistently broken, torn, or entirely missing, leading to a lack of shade. Other complaints mention unkempt grounds, trash in rented pavilions, lifeguards parking in member-only areas, and lifeguards not starting on time. There are also concerns about the facility closing early due to staffing shortages, despite members paying for a full season, indicating poor business management and a general decline in the quality of care and facilities over the years.

Clean pools. Rarely crowded. Lots of seats and shade. Great for kids and much more affordable than other pool memberships in the area! Highly recommend.
UPDATE: the bathroom was painted, but they need to sweep the floor periodically. They toilet paper is loose instead of in the holders and the soap dispensers are broken. How much does it cost to replace them, rather than soap bottles from the store? There were no paper towels. The large umbrellas are not replaced. My first visit this year and they haven't started life guarding at 10 after 1:00. At least one of the lifeguards need to cover up more. No one wants to see a bare rear end. I'm still not impressed. 2024 The pools are beautiful but the maintenance is awful. The bathroom is filthy and never cleaned... even during CoVid all they did was spray bleach around, not clean. It takes days or weeks for toilet paper to be refreshed. The umbrellas are always broken or torn. I understand when a storm goes through and things get broke, but they should be replaced. Every year it has declined. They close early in the season because there are not enough lifeguards, but the guests pay for the whole season...it's very sad they don't care enough to take care of things. Now the lifeguards are parking in the member's parking area, which only accommodates about 12 or 15 vehicles, (if they're parked well, which never happens) so the members who pay their salaries have to walk 1/4 mile from overflow parking. Something needs happen. And now every umbrella is broken or gone. The only thing left is the shade tarp and the pavilion (no lawn chairs). 2023
The grass needed cutting and edging around the previllon, and the previllon was full of trash when we got there. Someone should have checked the space before we got there since it was rented. Very poor business management.
Visited Pearlstone with some friends. Had a great experience. Excellent facility and staff.
