The neighborhood is an eye sore, from unmowed yards, erosion soil under driveways, dead trees, untrimmed scrubs, scattered junk in yards. The HOA definitely doesn’t do their job. After 1 warning should follow up with a fine.

Crap pool. Crap HOA. THAT'S WHY no one is ever here. Bonus: they have a small USDA fly breeding cage within the fenced in area that generously supplies swarms of those fat dark shiny house flies even if there is no food present whatsoever.

Pool is nicer & usually less busy than the front neighborhood pool. Kids really like the playground.

The back pool is my favorite because there is rarely Anyone there. It is usually very clean and does not have a strong chlorine smell. The bathrooms are clean and have multiple stalls. The pool is gated and a pool card is required to get in which keeps it from getting to busy. Definetly a favorite summer spot for our family.
