The photos shown are 30 minutes after a service. When we originally hired Silverback we were impressed with what seemed like great knowledge. We were told the only thing we would have to worry about after hiring Matt would be to enjoy the pool. We had our pool refinished and once the work was done we hired Silverback to do a weekly service. After a few months we started realizing things were going downhill and nothing was really being done other than cleaning out the leaves (even though there were still always some left after a service visit). After opening up the top cover to our skimmer and seeing how pack filled everything was with leaves and junk we realized it was time to terminate our agreement with Silverback. We have now had to pay a significant amount of money to descale our pool and get it back to the way it was prior to hiring this company. So disappointed.

I am a knew pool owner.I needed my pool cleaned and had know idea what to ask for or how much it should cost. So I was nervous about being over charge. Matthew from silverback pools was very experienced and did not try to make me get unnecessary work done and was very thorough. He was patient and answered all my questions. The day of my service he was on time and did a great! Job. I will definitely use him again.

We used silverback pools for a few months and at the start things were great. After multiple visit with filters not being cleaned, water not being tested and paying hundreds of dollars for 2 minutes worth of work(timed on our camera) we have decided to go elsewhere for our pool services

Since the quarantine, my pool needed to be cleaned more. I saved money with quality work by going with silverback pools. Matt is knowledgeable and cares about his work. I recommend him to everyone I know.

I highly recommend Matt with Silverback Pools. We had a serious issue with our filter pump and he was able to diagnose the problem and make the repairs quickly. Matt is very knowledgeable and professional.
